Founders of Spatialytics will be present at the 2nd WhereCamp in Montréal, October 11th 2011. I am myself co-organizing the WhereCamp with “Camp Pioneer” and “Montreal Tech Guru” Sylvain Carle. Sylvain is co-founder of Needium and active on Twitter in French at @SylvainCarle and in English at @FrogintheValley.

Spatialytics has been the first partner in the growing network of OpenGeo Partners, back in June 2010! We will always remember those welcoming words by Paul Ramsey, on OpenGeo’s blog : Not as exciting as our first kiss, but still pretty exciting: our first OpenGeo re-seller is Spatialytics in Quebec. Anyway, we are pretty excited too by this partnership and their first Global Partner Network meeting in Denver, the day before FOSS4G begins.

The 2011 OSGeo international conference, FOSS4G (Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial), will take place the week of September 12 to 16 in Denver, CO. Spatialytics is pleased to support the event through a sponsorship as well as by giving different presentations on its Open Source GeoBI projects, a talk on commercialization of OS Geospatial and an other one giving an overview of the OS BI market.
