Support represents an important part of the professional services offering from Spatialytics. The support mainly concerns the GeoBI Open Source projects from Spatialytics.ORG :

Standard Support is available from Monday to Friday, between 9AM and 5PM*.

Contact-us if you need support on one or many of those GeoBI software.

Support is accessible and can be delivered by phone (Skype or regular line), e-mail, teleconferencing with possible take over of the client cumputer. Take note that we are located in Quebec City (Canada) so our time zone is the one of the East cost (GMT – 05:00).

* A different SLA (service level agreement) can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Community Support

Remember, you can download and use for free the software from Spatialytics.ORG. If you have questions, the community (including us) can help you better understand the basic usage of those technologies through documentation and the online forum.
